AFTERNOON SESSION:

11:20-1:00 pm Warm-Ups/Exhibitions

1:15 pm Prayer & National Anthem

PeeWee, Youth, Open 4D, 2nd Open

*Timed Exhibitions will follow 2nd Open

(Open 4D start time around 1:45 typically - limited runs in this session)

EVENING SESSION:

4:50-6:30 pm Warm-Ups/Exhibitions

6:45 pm Prayer & National Anthem

PeeWee, Youth, Open 4D, 2nd Open

*Timed Exhibitions will follow 2nd Open

(Open 4D start time around 7:30 typically)

COST

Pee Wee Barrels - $10

(10 & under, cannot run in any other class, no office fee - more info HERE)

2 sessions, one race:

Open 4D - $30

2nd Open 4D - $20

Youth 4D - $20 (17 & under)

Can run in Youth & ℅ to Open or vice versa

Office Fee - $10 (per rider)

By popular demand, we are offering timed exhibitions immediately following the 2nd Open in each session.

Purchase exhibitions during online entry (or onsite) & pick up your PIT pass at The PIT Stop.

WARM UPS $10

20 minutes - max 10 riders

Slot A: 11:40 am - 12:00 pm

Slot B: 5:10 pm - 5:30 pm

Purchase warm-ups during online entry (or onsite). You do NOT need a PIT pass - we will call your name for the warm-up slot.

Good only during time slot selected. Barrels will be set up near the stakes. HURRY! Limited Availability!

EXHIBITIONS $5

1 min per - 30 sold per slot

Slot W: 12:00-12:30 pm

Slot X: 12:30-1:00 pm

Slot Y: 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Slot Z: 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

DRAW INFORMATION

Submit & PAY for your entry by 6:15 pm on Thursday, 8/20 to be included in the early draw. Afternoon session draw #'s will be texted THURSDAY night. Evening session draw #'s will be texted on Friday once the afternoon session is complete.

Entries after 6:15 pm on 8/20 will be in the late draw w/ $5 fee. Enter until the last horse runs.
